Question for vegans

  1. Why do you eat food that looks like real meat or whatever when the whole point of being vegan is you dont want to eat anything to do with animals/animal products

  2. I am a vegetarian, not vegan but we don’t eat meat substitutes because we want to eat animal products. Meat substitutes are advertised that way so it is easier for people transitioning to a vegan/vegetarian diet. Also, to show that you can get the similar amount of nutrients from the those substitutes that you get from eating meat without eating meat. It’s mostly to attract meat eaters but often has the opposite effect.

  3. Bruh meat tastes good, looks good, smells good, it is so damn marvelous.
People can feed you all the bs they like
    but on some real shiiiet...
some vegans eat food that looks like meat and is pure imitations because they still want that delicious juicy godly meat
but for ethical or health reasons they choose not to, but we all know that fake meat tastes like crap, and nothing will replace the original meats
So the next time you eat a scrumptious piece of de steak
Remember how privileged and lucky you are to enjoy such goodness
Some poor b@stard out there eating eating some disgusting imagination, and good for them,
But that ain't us. We love da meatz

  4. Because I went vegan for the animals I still like the taste of meat and cheese ect and with substitutes I can still enjoy things that I used to like while not consuming animals!
