Wtf ata. I purchased 50ec this morning at 9:41am est. $7.90cad. My card was charged. But no ec on my account. And when I open Google Play for my Order History, it says canceled for that order. BUT the money hasnt been refunded. I've sent a ticket. You still have not responded. So now I'm taking this to forums. I've spent $100s on your game since I started in November. Something like this does not make you guys look good. Please fix this. All I want is my ec or my money back.
This is an issue with Google, not with ATA. Bear in mind that refunds can take some time to go back into your account, up to 5 working days if I remember correctly. Be patient
Actually it's not with Google. It is with Ata. Ata took the payment from my card. Then the order was canceled on Ata's side. Dont respond to things if you dont have a clue.
Person just gave an opinion about the situation. Because even after throwing a fit at ATA they will always direct you to contact Google. If the receipt said it is cancelled then it means ATA never received your money. It is either stuck between Google and your card provider, that said, it is best to contact them instead of posting here. That's all. Coming from someone who spent 100x than how much you spent. And this happened to me a few times.
You clearly have no idea how in app purchases work. Payments go through Google before they reach ATA, which is why your receipts of purchases always come from Google, and why your bank transactions will always show as a Google purchase. If your order history on Google Play says cancelled, it means it was cancelled by Google before anything reached ATA. Don't respond to things if you don't have a clue.
This is my thread. So see your way out. I know how Google works. And I've gone through them. And THEY told me because it's an in-app Purchase it's out of their hands. So why not shut your mouth and let Ata respond to my thread. Not some player who knows nothing.
Contact your bank to dispute it if its showing as cancelled. Like it's been said before refunds for glitches like that may not happen for a few business days
You posted this like 20 minutes after the fact if I'm getting your time zone correct...it's barely been a few hours, it can take up to a few days for refunds to be processed. And Schwanz is right, it is with google. It literally says google when you're paying, not ata. Lose the attitude if you want people to help you and ata isn't going to respond here.
Please do not take these issues to forums as it is not the place for that. As mentioned, you'll have to go through either Google or your bank about this issue. I hope this gets all sorted out soon. It may take time but patience and understanding takes you a long way. Locking <3
