promoting 3rd party app that doesnt exist ?

  1. If i was to post pictures of a game that doesn't exist anymore is that promoting a 3rd party app ? Would i be banned from forums and what not  its not against TOU is it if it doesn't exist its all a memory part of my thoughts right?

  2. You can only be banned for a 3rd party app if you try to solicit usernames or post your username. But just talking about a 3rd party app will not get you silenced. Now gift me a water bottle for my services ?

    People have made threads about other games before. As long as you don't give out or ask for usernames and crap it wont get locked. But the game you're talking about doesn't even exist anymore so it's fine
