Hi. I tried to send a message with help but keep getting an error message. I have subscribed to the 25% bonus money from parties and got the confirmation email, however, it is not active or showing up in Alexa's section. I tried to rebuy it but it tells me that I have it. I'm not sure what to do. Any help is appreciated. Also, I have uninstalled and reinstalled to no change.
I recommend clearing your app cache in your phone settings. It doesn't automatically clear when uninstalling and sometimes clearing it helps fix issues. If it doesn't fix your subscription issue, it should fix your error message within the help ticket system so you can send one in.
I have discovered that charges keep coming off through my bank then reversed. I have cleared cache and data, I installed then reinstalled. Still can not contact through help from the menu.
-Solved- I seemed to somehow order on one Google account and needed to uninstall and reinstall from the one that was ordered on.
Yep i hate using 2 accs on the same phone coz it some times dont full log out. Safe way is to log out then restart your phone a couple times. And by the time its done restarting should be long enuf that will full log into the right acc
