  1. Hello.

I've noticed something. Something on forums.

I've noticed some posts made by some individuals of different popularity.

For example, a new player who recently finished downloading PIMD then posting on forums, 'New, volley me please'.

    Expected posts:

Welcome to PIMD. Some friends and I will volley you then if you want, one of us will volley with you. We'll teach you how to play the game.

    Reality posts:

This is what wc is for. We don't need useless posts like this. This is why PIMD sucks.

Now here's an example of a widely known, experienced player who's been playing for quite some time. They post on forums 'New dog. New haircut. New dogs haircut'.

    Expected posts:

    Cute, adorable, awesome, etc, etc.

    Reality posts:

    Cute, adorable, awesome, etc, etc.

The difference between these examples is that the experienced player can post whatever they want no matter the length. And they'll receive minimal hate. Why? Just because they're popular.

They could even just have a couple words and most people will reply with 'LOL' or something similar to it.

But this is a one man's opinion. I don't expect anyone to change anything. I'm just making people more aware.

I hardly see any reason to bash posts because the player may or may not be popular.

Again, something I've noticed recently. Instead of bashing, you could be helping.

  2. Dude, you have to earn people's positive opinion. You can't just walk in and say treat me like everyone else. That doesn't happen

  3. I'm not saying that I should be treated like everyone else. You can treat me however you want. Wanna bash me? Go for it. I give you full permission.

  4. I don't bash new players. I bash those who violate the ToU. I'm not popular. Nor do I label myself as 'popular'. Not all 'Experienced players' bash new players. I've been here since May this year, I haven't seen any of what you had originally posted.

  5. I didn't mean you, I meant the new players that make a thread about getting volleyed.

  6. It's slightly...annoying. But, in reality, if certain individuals are on at the time or paying attention, the new player posting will get vollied and the game will get explained to them, whether the one doing so believes the thread is annoying or not.

Innocent until proven guilty, Tiger. They do deserve respect as a person until proven otherwise. You aren't expected to treat them as you would your best friend or your idol, but they do deserve some semblance of tolerance.

  7. Respect is a big term. You don't treat someone like everyone else if you can't respect them. You cant respect someone if you don't know them.

  8. Volley me pls

  9. Me first 

  10. I'll give you a gift for volley

  11. Trolls were to be expected.

  12. I'll give you my phone number 

  13. I'll take that

  14. Respect as a human being. You don't just put someone down because you don't like what they've said if they don't know any better. That's like beating a child for hitting you if they've never been told not to. It's cruel and uncalled for.

  15. Volley me first then 

  16. Azarah is my hero. 

  17.  ...No. Call me a bitch tomorrow.

  18. I just tried this new brand of cookies that are totally nut-free, and manufactured in a bit free facility. My sister was just found to be allergic to peanuts so I figured, eh, why not? They're delicious, bro.

  19. Nut* auto correct is on a roll today.

  20. I only bash pervs not new players. I tend to actually follow new players and then explain the game after I have gave them a volley to 200m.
