Your sayers should be 8 times better for your hire value. You are way overpriced. You botched your upgrade. I don't know how you spent your money but you didn't spend it correctly
And if you want a club then you actually have to work for it. It looks like you don't even do battles or jobs anymore. Asking for hires will not get you close to 200m. Your work ethic suggests you aren't ready to run a club.
