I tried to make a purchase on the web store like I usually do on 9/27/24, and my payment was immediately cancelled and refunded. I did try again, and the same thing happened. I still haven’t gotten my money back. It was labeled as a pending payment and as of today, it has been taken out of my account. No refunds were successful. I have tried to talk to customer support through the web store which is Xsolla, but I have had no such luck.
Usually a pending payment will go back in to your bank account within 5 days so it’s still within that time frame but it can vary depending on your bank so it may be best to check, keep on at xsolla though just incase
