The silence for sexual content is in error, I believe, as its phrasing is identical to the devs own minus context and an 's, although your silence won't be lifted through emailing due to the bypass.

Mods have a little drop-down menu of silence reasons to choose from, the mod that silenced just chose the most obvious one. It's not multiple choice.
