People and Tutors

  1. So, recently I've just been hiring tutors  TO KEEP , but everyone seems to be getting pretty worked up about it.
If I hire your tutor, and you post on my wall that they are op, or ask why I hired, it's because I want a tutor. I don't know if your eyes don't work, but without hiring another tutor, my tb is crappy. Sorry, majority of you need a tb to party. :/
They aren't op if I hired.
I've encountered quite a few people like this, and the ones that feel the need to hit over tutors, such as this person.

  2. As they say, Tutor still an open Market, Even if they are O.P it can be for sale.

  3. You're winning!
    Such badassery.

  4. I know, I really tried to win.

  5. Op is only a term used as above the usual market price, it doesn't mean they are no longer available for hire. Ppl don't seem to realize that all active tuts in the tut list are Op now thanx to cat cafe. The butthurtness of ppl that don't seem to realize this and get upset is becoming more common.

  6. Its okay to hit if its op, but if you too much... not good.

  7. If my tutors get hired. I don't say a thing. I just hire back cuz I can lol and hit to take what I lost

  8. I agree with you, it is almost impossible to find tuts nowadays. People either react like that or you have to spend hours looking for someone who wants to be hired and whose pupil agrees to let them go.

  9. I guess they made an error with this? It should say I lost money for having a tutor hired, right, Swoo? ?

  10. Nope,

When you hire, you lose some money of course

With the bump, like 173b go bump to 183b, you lose 10b when hiring back

    Thats what I think

  11. Yeah that's what I was trying to say lol

  12. You don't have to hire back, yet ppl blame whoever hires for forcing them to do so. The market has gone crazy, everyone has way to much money.

  13. Right and I don't ?

  14. You actually do make cash when someone gets hired from you, hence why we volley tutors in the first place to give them some cash

And when you volley with someone else, you both make cash, it's not as much as it costs to keep the tutor, but you do still make a profit from it.

  15. #FreeMarket.
    #RangeHiring.

  16. Exactly, no one is making you hire back, you could always leave the tut, and accept made money. If the person hires one tutor from you repeatedly, I could see where this becomes an issue. However, you still do not loose money when you hire back, you hide it.

  17. That failed inc tho..

  18. Damn, discussion this mother's day is legit.

  19. I agree! People do not need to be acting in this manner, the hire button is there for a reason
