Somewhat... TB makes you stronger, so I guess you could kinda say it does. I'm probably wrong, so don't quote me on it.
How the plunder works in parties I'm still working it out, some people lower than lcbc get more plunder, and even amongst lcbc, those with low tb some get more and some get less plunder than some one with a higher tb. There is no direct patten on plunder yet. I will be working on this tho. (This is in-regards of pro-parties)
