I've been on this case for a long long time. I've been able to infiltrate this organization called the Organization. They operate underwater. They've built a city down there. Something beautiful. But their intentions are the complete opposite. Their leader, a man who always wears a black hood.. Malefactor, they call him. Haven't seen much of him as of late. I hope my fellow detectives can figure out his whereabouts.
