Ok so I'm still a noobish writer so it may be terrible and I'm just gonna make this all up as I go including characters! Sorry if u signed up but ur name may still be in there. Story: We had planned this for about a month. "Are you ready?" I asked. "Yea I think so" Skye said uneasily grabbing a backpack and throwing it over her shoulder. I looked at a picture of us. We were sitting under a tree together. She was smiling at the camera while My carmel eyes were looking at her. She was Skye. I looked at her long, brown hair and deep, green eyes. She was the love of my life and I willing to defy the government for us to be together. The government had changed because of all the natural disasters and in this new government each gender had a number. Whichever boy and girl had the same number were to become partners for life. My number was 7 but Skye's number was 18. We were not allowed to be together but we loved each other so much that made a plan. The plan was to escape with each other to one of the few free cities where no matter what numbers you were you could be together. Skye walked over to me and looked at the picture. She smiled her perfect, white teeth smile at me. I put the picture in my backpack. "Ok let's go" I said determined. "Wait Luke.." she hesitated. "What?" I asked with concern. "If anything happens, I want you to know I love you" she told me, full of worry. "I love you too" I said back with a kiss. We started to run and run never looking back. /
