Regardless, I still believe we can eradicate them. Or anybody else. Plus, we have good defense. A good army. One of the biggest navy. Etc Etc.

North Korea dose not have the firepower to do major damage to america. At least not the amount of damage we can do to them. I find there threats funny

No. Here's why:
Every country in the world is pissed at North Korea. Even China, which has basically been the only nation to support North Korea, has begun to get annoyed at NK's actions. If NK decides to attack the USA then not only will they have no allies, China will stop sending them vital supplies and funding and their nation will collapse.

At least, that's how I understand it.
