So, I text using proper grammar 95% of the time but there's something I cannot do. THE PERIOD. Well, only in conversations. I feel like I'm being serious or uptight when adding a period at the end of a sentence (in a conversation). Example: Person: "LOL YES" Me: "Right? Hilarious." THAT PERIOD AT THE END OF THE SENTENCE JUST MAKES ME FEEL SO SERIOUS. It's worse when other people do it and don't even use emoji! ? Evil, I know. Example 2: Person: "You look really nice." Me: " Aw, thanks! ?" IS THAT PERIOD SUPPOSED TO MEAN SOMETHING? YOUR LACK OF EMOJIS SUPPOSED TO MEAN SOMETHING TOO? Gah, I feel like either I'm being emotionless or that the other person is. Ah, I'm just a weirdo. But yeah, that's it. And this is a pretty pointless thread, sorry. DOES ANYONE ELSE FEEL THIS WAY OR AM I ALONE? ?
I don't always use periods. But when the conversation is too serious I do and I seldom include emojis with them lol Anyways, I'm almost always fun to talk to like 85% of the time texts without emojis I find them lame, annoying
Periods and non-emoji filled conversations should only be about serious stuff, not for easy going convos
… I feel like my messages on forums are empty when all they have is just boxes so I include colors and SIZES
Lmfao avi…I'm sure there's a lot of people disappointed by this thread's intentions… I think kitty cat is one of them ^ Just joking…?[/color]
