No ads working

  1. Whenever Itried and play an advert I get a pop up saying cannot play ad for vendor:0
    Any help would be appreciated

    1. Do you have ads enabled in your settings?
    2. Is your internet connection stable?
    3. Have you tried clearing your app cache?
    4. Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app?
    5. If you have tried or tested all of the above, have you sent a help ticket?
