Why would you buy a cat in hopes of a chance at an avatar drop? Wouldnt it have been more wise just to wait to buy them from the store? Dont blame ata for your mistake.

Maybe i bought a cat because I've never gotten a cat drop, and pimd had said cat cafe was supposed to have the highest drop rate of all parties . Did b2b cc for 5days, not a single drop.
