    • Why you want to reset
    • Want to reset on PimD
    • Proof you are the account owner

  11. If you want to reset you must email the support team at support@athinkingape.com

    In the email you include:
    Your Profile name
    What app it is that you want to reset on
    Why you want to reset
    When you started
    When was your last purchase if any
    Your geographic position

    Those are the things you should include and what they ask you to include.

  13. Usually they will reply back in 24 hours but somedays they are really busy so they may reply back even later. Please be patient and wait for their reply baring in mind they are very busy people.
