Yo NEONBABY! Where are you and CJS, bros! How's the planning coming along? The group chat is dead and I hear nothing from either of you! No replies to my messages either! Anyway, I will be posting my photos and details of my dishes in the group chat. I will not be around next week as I will be traveling to Indonesia. HELLO to all my indo friends! Luvya! Here's just something I snapped of myself for fun! A foam bunny on my head! Cute little thing, ain't he? Talking about bunnies, has any one of you forumers tried a meal of rabbit before? I have tried kangaroos, crocodile, insects and such! But I have yet to try these hoppity creatures! I'm sure they will be yummy in my tummy! Look forward to the CHEF CHALLENGE everyone! With CHOCOLATE as the key ingredient! This duel between Neonwolf and Brother_Matt definitely is something to watch out for this summer season! Yours Truly, Brother_Matt Chill! Have a Bento Set!
INSECTS? There's this dish in China where you cook these tree larvae and eat them. ... I've never eaten one. ._. never. .-. Because when you press onto one, it leaks this disgusting white substance that looks like gooey flesh. Bleh.
Yeah! Insects! I've had grasshoppers and mealworms and silkworm larvae. Kinda nice actually, once you get past the EEK factor! They contain a lot of protein!
Deep fried, white chocolate covered grass hopper placed on a toothpick, and sprinkled with raindow sprinkles
Actually, bull's privates are quite popular not only in china, but in various parts of the works too! It's believed that they are good sources of aphrodisiac!
I love chicken feet!!! We braised it from where I am from with black beans and other spices! Yum yum!!!
Chicken feet with soysauce. That's what my family always eat back in China here. *twitch* Oh how DELICIOUS Chinese food is. It's absolutely YUMMY. ,_,
Yeah! Chinese foods are yummy!!! And I'm proud to be Chinese! Haha! Talking about Chinese, I had a chat with two fellow forumers last week about rice! I've come to learn that most non-Asians eat rice differently from Asians! It is interesting how different cultures can create different things out of the same ingredient! This is what this Chef Challenge is all about. Using CHOCOLATE to infuse our two diverse cultures into our cuisines!
