I have tried the forum, have tried submitting a ticket and everything, I am trying to restore everything but the old email address and everything linked to my account got deactivated, what can I do since it has been over 6 years and I don't have access to the history due to my account being deactivated, any ideas?
If the account itself was deactivated then its gone forever. If just the email itself is deactivated, explain the situation to ata in a help ticket and, as long as you provide the correct security details, they will be able to change it to a new email address that you provide. Ive done this exact thing before. Help ticket is the only way it can be done
What did they say to you in the help ticket? That is the only way to get assistance retrieiving access to an account.
