A well regulated bedtime will also help with insomnia. You can train your body to fall asleep at the same time every night. And a slice of potato or onion in your socks overnight when you're sick will pull a lot of toxins out of your body and help with a speedy recovery. And eating hot peppers will clear your sinuses if you have a cold.
Those are both lies. Have tried banana peel tea. Doesn't do fùck all. And the reason grape juice seems like a "cure" is because you're dehydrated af and need the water.
I found proper insomnia needs actual medication, at least to get you back on track. Not some munted peel water, gross.
If you have chronic insomnia you should go to a doctor, non of these home remedies are gonna work. If you just have trouble sleeping sometimes you can try hops, you can get them in pill from or tea from health shops, hot drinks that are caffeine free( milk, camomile tea, oval tone, etc.) not using phones, computers or tables an hour before you sleep (the blue toned light makes your brain think its day time) try meditation or soothing music, try doing light exercise like yoga to tire you out, or try reading a book to keep your mind from dreaming over lack of sleep
Put garlic in every of ur holes it helps balance ur chakra ur welcome. Don't do it on a full moon or if someone in ur house is on their periods tho, bad stuff will happen
Is this advice for girls or guys? Cause I doubt any straight guy is going to put garlic up his brown tunnel...
For acne; Before bed put calamine lotion on a cotton wool ball, dab it onto the spot. Then when you wake up the spot will be completely gone
