My Halloween Costume

  1. I'm thinking of dressing up as a terrorist or a Drunk Elmo for Halloween. At my school, we don't dress scary. We dress like an awesome thing. So I'm thinking of dressing up as a the Elmo.

    Any ideas on how to make the costume? I can't spend a lot of money.
