I've never personally owned a Polaroid camera before. However, I've been surrounded by family memories in polaroid films my entire life, including pictures of my childhood. I do enjoy taking pictures with my phone occasionally and anyone who's seen my social media could tell you that it was once a hobby of mine (even though they're not aesthetically pleasing like most). Anywho, I just ordered this little guy and I'm very excited about it. It's not super professional or vintage, but I know it's just right for a noob like me. Questions, bcuz I'm curious What's your experience with Polaroids? Do you own a Polaroid camera? and How often do you use it?
polaroids are great and I feel like they capture those special moments better, I have a instax mini 9 I have a little picture book I keep them in, but I haven’t used it in awhile but I’m glad you’re getting one, they’re something that never goes out of style, at least for me
I like to think of them as tangible memories, haha. I do plan to keep all my photos safe and cozy in a photo book as well.
Dude, it's super expensive. $15.99 for only 8 pictures. It's cheaper than most films, but still up there.
omf yes that’s why I don’t always use my camera unless it’s a special moment or something but yeah they’re but you can always look around for cheaper places, but I think it’s worth it
i have a canon camera but i’ve always liked the idea of printing pics straight from the camera idk, it’s so cool ;-; i’ve seen the instax one (i think?), in the pink version omg i fell in love with it
Google your type of polaroid camera and you should be able to find it Or just go to the polaroids website and select the drop-down bar called "film"
I'll have to dig it out of the basement sometime. I also have a cool camera, think I bought it in the 90s, that takes 8 pictures with regular film like half a second a part. It makes flip books. It was pretty cool in it's day.
I own something similar to a polaroid (Polaroid is the brand, not the style of photo). I forget what it's called tho since it's packed away. I used to have it on my shelf and everytime someone new came to visit they said it looked like a giant toy camera. It's fun to take pics with
That's what the one i own looks like. The film comes out of the top and is the same size/look as polaroid
