Cut it, fold it, tear it, write on it or even combine it with conductive ink or other materials in the papercraft contest! There are so many ways to utilize paper in your projects aaaaaand I want to see what fun and unique ways you can come up with! Tinypic is prone to auto-rotating images, so I wouldn't suggest it for people here since they're entering a contest and photo orientation is semi-important for being able to properly view an image.
I wondered the same thing, apparently he was JoJo (according to his mod crate) ... Still never seen him anywhere, or heard of his existence ever, but there you go, he's a mod.
