Brother Matt's GINGER TEA Recipe! Uh-oh! You feel a cold coming! Goodness! Your tummy feels funny! Fret not! Because this simple recipe from your boy-next-door is here to remedy and/or alleviate any discomfort you have! Ingredients/Preparation - One or two fresh ginger roots. Depending on how much 'heat' you want, you can add more or less. - One or two Pandanus Amaryllifolius (screwpine) leaves. You can probably get these in any Asian stores. - Boil the two ingredients on low heat for at least a half hour. I like to brew it for at least an hour to enjoy its full flavor. - Add lemon or sugar or honey to taste. This part is optional. With that, I wish you the best of health and remember to exercise! Also, always remember to smile and to laugh! That is the best medicine one can ever have! A cheerful heart! Enjoy! Yours Truly, Brother_Matt Chill! Have a Bento Set!

Good Shanaye! Let us know what you think of it once you've tried! To me, it's one of the best beverages that can be drunk hot as a remedy or ice-chilled as an amazing refreshment!
Hello blockeybaby!!! Are you having a cold or having that congested feeling in your tummy? The good thing about this drink is that you can also enjoy it even if you don't have the ailments! Haha! Where's your Glennbaby? It's been awhile since I last heard from him.
Blizzybaby!!! Ginger is fabulous!!! Great for colds and bad tummies! You should try some too! Not just your granny!
Lol bro Matt, I drink peppermint tea for upset stomachs and chamomile whenever I'm not feeling well with lemon and honey. But I'll def try your ginger tea!! Thanks heaps for that.
Nina! I read that you can mix peppermint with ginger too! It will be a double kick though! But I'm sure it will be an awesome blend!
Electric and strawberry! Go go! Try it and let us know how it is! Oh! And it is great for winter too! It is not really a summer kind of drink unless you're having the flu or cold. I had it last night and it really warms me from the inside out! No need for alcohol to do the job!
