What the heck am I doing? I don't know. So here goes nothing. Malicious montage David frost was starting his usual night shift as a driver to a supply truck. He wasnt informed much about what the truck held when he was approached for the job, but they paid good so he kept mum. He didn't care about it either as long as he got the green paper on time. The truck would start at 12:30am and would reach it's destination in 3-4 hours depending on the weather. The route was a dark and lonely one, a few vehicles would appear occasionally but that was it. David was tired and wanted to get off work as soon as possible. He hit the accelerator. With the speed a sense of uneasiness washed over him. That night flashed through his mind anew like it was yesterday. The night, that horrific accident took place. The size of his truck was too huge to have got him anything but a few scratches, but the car was squashed to half it's size. He got a clean chit in that case which made him realize how influencial his employers were. From that day onwards he considered himself a murderer. Sometimes the guilt was so intense that he couldn't control himself. He thanked god everyday that he got out of it unharmed, but not without feeling a dagger through his skull. He wasn't paying attention to the present when a bright light blinded him. He saw a pair of headlights coming straight towards his truck at an abnormally high speed. He could make out that it was big vehicle from the height of the headlights. David waited for the vehicle to take a side but the driver had no such intentions. He realized too late that the truck or bus was coming straight for him. He took a sharp right in order to get off the road but the land was steeper and rougher than he had expected. The truck went out of control hurtling down, towards the trees. It smashed right into two trees simultaneously. It sounded like a thunderclap that shook the ground. Then everything went silent. Inside the distorted truck, David lay still but his heart was beating faintly. He wanted to scream but no sound came out. His body was covered in shattered glass, blood was all over. Glass had pierced deep in various places including his tongue and one of the eyes. The other truck had stopped on the road. David heard metal clanking against his truck, it went on for a while like someone was tracing it's perimeter. Then it stopped. David was now sure that there was a person outside. Suddenly, the truck shook as the person climbed it. David let out a ragged breath as the glass dug deeper. Everything went silent again. David waited, holding on to whatever was left of him, silently praying and thanking the god for sending his angel. The pain was excruciating but he ignored it, holding on to his last hope. A huge crash reverberated through the lonely night as the the wind screen came crashing down and a sharp metal pole went straight through David's heart. ¥¥¥¥¥¥¥¥¥¥¥¥¥¥¥¥¥¥¥¥¥¥¥¥¥¥¥¥¥¥¥¥¥¥¥¥ Feel free to criticise.
I love the death and the idea; very original. Just be careful because there were a bunch of spelling/grammar mistakes.
