It can make you feel like the most special person.. it can hurt you when it's not there.. it can be comforting.. or painful.
There are different kinds of love and I find that the unconditional love of a good friend is the best kind. It doesn't get all muddled up and complicated by sex and, for me, there is a certain level of trust and comfort I have with my best friend that I have never been able to attain with anyone else.
I think love is the crux of human life; it is so important on both an individual and collective scale.
'Love' is an over used word that people tend to use it to take advantage of another person.... Now with that being said, the unconditional love a pet feels for it owner is remarkable.
Love is complicated. I think it can feel different for every single person you previously or currently love. My love for my sister is different than my love for my parents although similar. The love i have for my boyfriend is vastly different than the love i had for my ex. I feel both immensely and vulnerable at the same time with the people i love most.
There are different kinds of love. Love is life itself and without it humanity will cease to exist. Because love is caring for one another, imagine the world without love. But the question is, is the concept of love real? Or is it just an emotion that we need to have romantic affection to avoid extinction?
Love isn't a concept but there are conceptualizations of love. Different conceptualizations like "It is only the love between romantic partners, and kids can never know what love feels like" Or "you can love thy neighbour by showing compassion" Or "Pets love their owners" Or "you must learn to love yourself before you can love someone else" "love is just an overused word used to exaggerate our feelings for people and manipulate them" Idk. Lots of ways of seeing love. Too many opinions of all of them.
Your conceptualization of love might be that it's a concept but that seems pretty wacky. Most people classify it as an emotion.
