Good luck. I lost mine and they refuse to grant me back access because I can’t remember my last 5 purchases and it had been well over a year since I had even purchased anything so because of that my 30 mcs account if just sitting there

 

If there's no email linked nor puchase done, I don't know how they can grant you access. Sorry, bud.

 

do you have iOS or Android? i’m not sure about the latter, but you should have emails from Apple of your purchases.

I had switched phones and emails a couple times through the time period so I had no idea which one I even made the last purchase on and some only let you go back 90 days. I gave them everything possible proving it was mine except the purchases and they still won’t give it back ?‍♀️

 

As everyone else mentioned, please send in a ticket and please have patience. Give as much detail as you can.
