So I’m going on a diet this marks week 2. So I weighed 194 the start of Monday last week. I stopped eating junk food (Chips, cookies, and anything that’s sweet), I also stopped eating out, and I also cut down all sugar drinks. The only thing I drank was a glass of milk in the morning, a glass of orange juice around lunch time and 2 liters of water through out the day. From doing this I lost 5 ponds. Now I weigh 189. I’m kinda surprised because I did not go to any gym to lift weights. This week I’m adding supplements to my diet. Just to better improve myself. Next week I’ll start picking up weights. But I just drank soda and ate a bag of chips. (because why not) lol that means I’m not having another cheat day tell next Monday
Gimme ur extra. Every one keep moaning n bıtchng at me that im ment to be like 168lbs n I only 132. Gimme it so they stop bıtchng at me loll
Dont really wanna gain any thing apart from more musle mass. Just want the bıtchng to stop loll. Im already to much needa hit the gym more /o/
So you dont eat food, you only drink a glass of milk, glass of juice and 2l kf water throughout the day? You're gonna fúck your body up like that.
The first week of changing your diet and activity is usually always the reason why you lose a lot of weight. It’s typically called “water weight”. Then you start losing it slower and slower. The key is to figure out your daily calorie requirement specific to you and eat less than that OR burn the calories off that you had extra. But yes, it is a slow process.
Also I’d say wait on the supplements. They’re for people with no self control. And take it easy at the gym. Since you’ll have less energy it’ll be more stressful to your body.
^ water weight is just the excess water your body is retaining in your skin/muscles/fat tho. It flushes out when you cut salty foods.
Gym 2-4 times a day is usul good :3 pretty much if u dont drop or throw up u didnt work out hard enuf
Don’t be silly I eat food. I was letting you know what I drink. I only eat breakfast and lunch. And have a small yogurt for dinner.
