Looking for tips and advice on things i should do on the day i tackle this challenge. Ive set a challenge which is to bike 40km from my house to a point on a biking trail then back home again. Im gonna be doing training biking to set points and back to build up leg strength. Also gonna make sure my bike gets a service before i do it as well. Anything i should make sure i do? Wanting advice from people who are experienced in long distance training

Google maps doesnt show off road lol. But its algoodz its impossible to get lost. All i gotta do is follow the river
I cant exersize and drink at the same time. Any time ive tried i get my breathing wrong and end up breathing in water 😂😂 have to stop to drink
