lcbc tut prices

  1. Before everyone panics. Male bc tuts before the new dorms came out were 955b and female bc tuts were over 1t. Dont go flipping out thinking new bc value should be 1.2-1.3t when it was only 190kcs increase. New bc hire price should be between 1.05-1.15t
