[KNOWN ISSUE] Campus Heroes Rewards

  1. Hey everyone,

    We're aware of a known issue with rewards distribution from the Clash of the Campus Heroes event where players may not be receiving their full set of earned rewards.

    This appears to be caused by those players already having the event avatars through the Mystery Box. We'll be running another round of distribution once this one is over to ensure all players receive their correct rewards.

  10. Any chance you can restart the app and see if it still happens? If so let me know which avatar exactly it is and a screenshot if possible.

  18. Also, When you receive a Perf Gun thing, The TM symbols fails inside the notifications tab.

  19. I agree.  Too many system fails and glitches happening lately.

    Also... I smell a free DN when the issue is fixed. 
