Just curious as to what other people think. ATA state that when applying to be a moderator not to email them if we don't hear back from them about getting the position, we are told not to ask if we got it or not and that they won't email us unless we make it to the second part of the process to becoming a mod and if we do email asking if we got it or not our application would instantly be denied. Anyway my question is, does anyone else agree that if we do email them, lets say about 4 or so weeks after applying, safely assuming we have been denied the job, they should give us a reason why we were rejected so we can work on whatever it is? I know a lot of players apply so I understand how hard it would be trying to reply to all emails but if someone takes the time to write to them asking why it was they were rejected they could at least give us some idea. If we aren't told what we are doing wrong how are we meant to change to have a chance again in the future? Like I said I understand there are a lot of people who would be asking but back before the new way to apply to become a mod I was told exactly why they said no so I understood what was going on. I don't see why that can't happen now? So if anyone actually read from start to finish what are your opinions on this?
I agree with Mr. Freeze, a voting process would just make th popular players mods, even if they are not suitable for the job.
