I heard something about having like 3x or 4x your stats in tutor bonus for max plunder

But then again, ask someone with more experience?

It's 15M times every 1kcs you have

Or whatever

 

 Multiply your kcs by 15m for max plunder.. You're 120kcs, so 120 x 15 = 1800mil, or 1.8b.

Spend 1.8b in tutes to make max plunder 

You should have 15m x your stats in tuts. I like to do 16m just in case.
