Job difficulty help

  1. Does anybody know if upgrading a dormmate is the same as renting out another dorm when it comes to difficult jobs?

  4. UPGRADE makes it easy NOT BUYING DORM. POINT is u get stronger, and EMPTY DORM DOES NOT GIVE U ANYTHING. 
