How do you sleep? I wanted to bring this up simply because we all sleep (hopefully) and I thought it would be a fun topic. I personally have to have three pillows. One of a long length and two medium sized that go on top of the larger one. One leg has to be sticking out of the blanket. I cannot fall asleep on my stomach, so I'm always on my back or my left side. I'm 6'3, so I have to have a decent sized bed  I have a king size, but I don't move at all (to my knowledge) in my sleep. Even if it's freezing I have to have a fan turned on. I can sleep with or without a tv on. I usually fall asleep with a tv on, but it's rare, if ever, that I wake up before I'm meant to. I have to sleep on the far left side of my bed or else I feel awkward as can be. So, let me know odd sleeping habits! ?? ~Hunner
I have a couch and a pillow. I'm 6'1 and I fall off the couch every night so I wake up on the floor every morning. It's great
I have a mattress I lay on, Queen to be exact, two pillows, I usually start in one position but then wake up in a complete opposite position
1) I need a fan running even if it is winter time. The constant background noise helps me fall asleep. 2) I only sleep on my sides. 3) I toss and turn a lot at nights. 4) I need 2 pillows 5) I can't sleep if its hot. 6) Has to be pitch black... unless I am sleeping some place I am not familiar with. 7) I always have a blanket. Even if its hot & summer. 8) Light sleeper so no tv. Think thats it ?
I think that's another reason I like sleeping with a fan. The constant humming noise is soothing in a way.
I talk in my sleep. I do a lot of that other stuff you all do, but talking in my sleep is the most consistent habit that I have.
One pillow for my head. One long pillow to hug. And I need to be wrapped with my blanket like a burrito. When I was a kid, I always felt like if I exposed any part of my body while sleeping (besides my head) the monsters would grab it. ? I used to need tv to sleep because I didn't extreme silence and needed a night light but learned to sleep in darkness now. ?
