  1. My boss rejected my vacation request to go see my family for my younger sisters birthday (because we’ve been short staffed for months now) so petty me, stopped picking up all her extra shifts and now she be strugglin’

    Her clap back was a verbal warning about how I’m usually a minute or two late coming thru the door, so now I’m sitting in the driveway 25 minutes before my shifts starts.

    This is war, lady. 

  5. Time to look for a new job then tbh.

    i love my job and the ppl there but i've been putting in the bare minimum too the past week-ish. I'm supposed to be a regular employee but they're short-staffed and have given me all the manager duties but not the manager paycheque and das a no-no
