Is it better to buy more dorm rooms or buy better crews?!

  1. I have 18 dorms 16 with the 225k crews and 2 with the 16m crews...Should I buy more dorm rooms or should i upgrade to the 16m crews?!

  6. 16 mil. When you get them all, go until they're all level4. Then lc.
