iOS 7 ?

Yeah, I was on IOS7, too many bugs though so I downgraded back. It makes PIMD so laggy

By downloading IOS 6.1.4 firmware and restoring it via iTunes

 

Ill downgrade then,ios7 doesnt allow me to edit files

I have iPhone 4 but don't have iOS 7 only got up to 6.1.3

 

Cause they has ios 7 beta 2. The real ios 7 will be coming out at fall or at October I believe

Only version of iOS 7 available at the moment is beta, and "it's for developers only". I tried it myself; very handy and lots of changes, but the beta version is full of bugs. I'd recommend you wait until the full version launches this next fall so you don't have to downgrade (you're not gonna like the lag, believe me)
