  1. I have too have a cancer injection tomorow  and i'm a little freaked out.

I don't mind the pain or blood, i just don't like the thought of something tearing through my skin and putting weird chemical stuff into my veins 

    So... Umm...
Any tips on how to not be scared??

  15.  lmao panda  ok 

  16. I don't think any of this will work  i'll just have to kick the nurse in the face and make a run for it 

  17. I just let them poke it. I hold my breath for awhile.

  18. Holding your breath makes it worse, because you tense up. Tensing up is the last thing you want to do. Makes it hurt more.

If your nurse is good, he or she will distract you. Just say you're not good with needles.
keep breathing and look away the whole time. If you don't see it coming, you won't tense up right before the needle enters.

Unfortunately I have to give myself IM (In the muscle) injections once a month, for the rest of my life, so I know a little something.

  19. I saw pics on the internet here the nurse sneezed whilst putting the jab in 
