This only profits some people and has to be heavilly orchestrated. And in the end someone always gets stuck with the tutor

In order to be effective all players must be active, and understand the process. I prefer the circle method where each of the 20 people hire tutors from a specific person. A hires from b, b hires from c, etc. For people that are new to this I recommend doing a trial run with tutors that are not expensive. It is also good to keep a list to show who ends up with each tutor. Club leaders cam be effective at making sure everyone is keeping the tutors they are supposed to by having a period before dropping to make sure everyone is doing what they are supposed to. I don't recommend this for open recruitment clubs, if even one person messes up or doesn't follow directions someone will suffer. It requires coordination dedication and planning. However, if done properly you can continue to double your stats over and over
