  3. Well, u can tell an inactive by;
    A. Their hire value (1,00-9,000 I consider inactive)
    B. Wall posts
    If it says like long ago, u know the person is inactive, but if it's like 2 min. ago, then the person might b active

  4. Search the tutor market for a 1k tut.

    Most tuts that are in the list, are inactive.
