I know this'll sound strange, but eat more. Healthy foods though. Your body is like a wood stove. You need to keep feeding it so it'll burn. Or otherwise it'll die down.
This really sounds wierd, but watch/read something funny. I mean, funny like blue in the face you're laughing so hard funny. Laughter has been proven to burn calories.
When you're only having seconds, I'ma having twenty-thirds, When I go to get my shoes shined, I gotta take their word! Because I'm fat, I'm fat, you know it
Swim... You don't sweat, you burn lots of calories, and eat subway. ._. Do like 5 laps in a 25 yard pool at first, then build your way up.
First thing I would say to do is take a journal of what you eat in a week and at the end of seven days look if over. Think about areas you can improve in your dietary habits. And just try to move a little more than you usually do, get up an go for a walk anything to get your body more active.
Don't eat subway. It's really not healthy. Eat 5-6 SMALL meals a day. Just make healthier choices. You'll start to feel better. And exercise. Or you could go to a medical weight loss facility. You can get prescriptions for appetite suppressants like Phenteremine while being taught how to follow a healthy diet and change your eating habits. It helps you shed the weight quicker so you don't feel like nothing is working.
Minimum 30mins around the block daily and you will see results try and walk briskly than jog lightly randomly because doing this shocks your body and you lose weight better that way... Your body gets used to the same routine if you just walk the exact same way daily so you find it difficult to see your weight improving. The rule apparently also applies to food... Not sure If that's true tho so if you try and eat healthy eat 5 small meals a day but swap it up when you can. Try to avoid eating anything after 7pm as the body starts to wind down and doesn't burn as much.
If you get rid off desserts, salty foods, sugar and bread from your lfe, you'll lose weight in anyway.
