IGN and Forum Name

  1. Hello, I would like to ask why I'm still using my old IGN here in the forums when in fact I already changed my IGN in the game itself. Is there anything I can do to change my forum name to my current IGN? Thank you.

  7. Not always, and if it does glitch it shouldn't take more than a handful of hours to correct itself.

    Sometimes the IGN gets "stuck" and requires manual fixing, which seems to be the issue here. I know @Sherily had a similar issue in old forums and ended up eventually not being able to use forums at all on her main because of it. Support should be contacted via help ticket, as @Day recommended.
