  1. I don’t use social media so I don’t have a platform to share such ridiculous experiences, so I’ll share them with you lovely people.

My little family spent the weekend out of town, and when we got home last evening I just didn’t feel like cooking, making a mess, you know. So we ordered takeout and I went to go pick it up. This little restaurant is in a shopping plaza with a grocery store so it’s always busy, lots of traffic. They had a sign on the door asking for one person to be in at the counter at a time, to follow the distancing rules. So people were lining up outside and taking turns walking in to pick up their food. That’s cool, no problem. Except one. There was about 20 people in line. And there’s a walkway about 8 ft wide that runs along the outside of the stores, and wraps around the side of the building. But were these people lined up on the side walk? No they were not. They lined up straight back from this door, through the parking spaces, and into the parking lot BLOCKING TRAFFIC. So I get out of my car, I get behind the last person in line, and I think this is dumb, I’m not standing in the parking lot blocking traffic. Does no one else see a problem with this? So I walk up onto the side walk. And I’m thinking ya know, it’ll only take one person to move onto the side walk for other people to realize, hey why are we standing in traffic, when we could stand on that empty side walk. NOPE. The line kept moving forward, before it was my turn to go inside 6 more people joined the line, in the parking lot. And everyone stared at me the entire time like I was the dipshit for standing on the side walk. While these assholes had to constantly move back and forth to let cars through, STARED ME DOWN, like look at this idiot, doesn’t even know where the lines at. 🤯
