i think you need around 130b worth of tuts of your max plunder. Each time you are going over your max decrease 30k which isn't much. But I guess its reducing due to you having 400b worth ot tuts.

 

From 6.5mcs to about 8.5mcs your plunder actually drops which is why we had a lot of problems with t6 lvl 3 and 4 and T7 lvl 1. once you're out of that phase you'll start increasing plunder again hopefullym

 

Yes. Just Add stats x 15 and find your max plunder. Having too much in tutors does come with a cost. 100KCS Tutor Bonus= 30K plunder Drop.
