I need your help please

  1. Okay so I'm at 128kcs and I'm still in the group of jobs that give u 10 doctor notes I believe we'll the group before 5b and I really want those rewards should I keep trying to do jobs or stay farming to upgrade a bit more then go to jobs? Please help๎„๎„๎„
