Go to tutors- hire more and specify your price range in the search terms. Buy the best stats you can afford. Whether or not you check the existing pupil and whether they are in war or not is up to you. I always do as a courtesy. You can do this by checking the pupil name and clicking on that person's club. If they have a war running it will show in a red bar at the top.
