If you want another pupil or so. Upgrading is the key to it the higher your stats the more people will hire you if you are underpriced though

 

For now I suggest doing jobs which you can earn a 5B

 

And soon enough you'll meet the last job with a 20b bonus. Farming is also a better alternative, where you hit an inactive/active player for money. You can go to The strategy section and read "The Beginners Mega Guide"
