What is max plunder? I have tuts now what or how do I know they add up to 1.27 bil I need a pup who can make this happen. I need help
There's a plunder guide that will be more helpful, I'll link it in a second. But basically it's the max amount of money you can make at your stats, and you get to it by buying tutors until the amount of money you get from each hit doesn't go up anymore.

The guide Angel posted is very helpful.. To make things even simpler, you need roughly 15mil invested in tutors per 1kcs you are to make max plunder. You're 83kcs, so you'd need 83x15m = 1.3b (rounded up). To know how much you've spent already, just use a calculator to add up your tutes' prices
