So today I just lost aroud 80 of my ECs. I dont know what I purchased with it. It really can be my own mistake but clicking something without knowing. I checked my showcase and every item, none has change. I contacted the Dev via help section but they just closed my case by saying cant provide any purchasing history because of safety reason. I checked my items, I asked my friend if I accidentaly send them gift or not, still got nothing. No reason why I lost my 80 ECs, can anybody help?
Generally speaking, you’ll need to go through the App Store for refunds. It is unlikely they’ll refund over a misclick though.
